2 Cor. 4:18- “We fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is
seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”
We do know what is going to happen in our future.
Either we will die
Or Christ will come and take us home to Heaven.
In light of this there are two important questions for the
followers of Jesus at RCBC to ask ourselves:
Hebrews 11:14, 16- “All these great people died in faith.
They did not get the things that God promised his people, but they saw them coming far in the future and were glad.
They said they were like visitors and strangers on
earth. . . . They were waiting for a better country-a heavenly
country.
We are blessed to have inside information about our future.
So what are we going To do with that information?
For a follower of Jesus it should be the business of
every day to focus on eternity and what awaits us.
Philippians 3:7: “I once thought all these things were so very important, but now I
consider them worthless because of what Christ has
done.”
Your life view is your description of how life works and what you expect from it.
It determines your expectations, your values,
your relationships your goals and your priorities.”

Rom. 12:1-2 “Do not conform yourselves to the standards of
this world, but let God transform you inwardly by a
complete change of your mind. Then you will be able to
know the will of God.”
