The Blue Box™ BioEnzyme Formulation works in both directions: first by breaking down bio-films that can harbor harmful mold and bacteria and second by migrating dirt, grime, and hydrocarbons out of the coils, all of which provides the ability to clean and disinfect the entire coil. ENERGY SOLUTIONSCOILS + FILTERS
HVAC DISINFECTION PROTOCOLAll buildings are vulnerable to viral infections, bacteria, and fungal exposures through there HVAC systems, which continuously recirculates the air through a building. Blue Box’s HVAC Disinfection Protocol helps remove these vulnerabilities by delivering the highest level of coil disinfection possible. Within this disinfection protocol, Blue Box technicians will follow a specific sequence for treating the coils which involve biofilm removal and then complete disinfection.
BIOFILM REMOVALRemoving biofilm formations is a cricitical first step in disinfecting a coil because biofilms often hide and protect viruses, bacteria, and fungi. Blue Box uses enzymes to digest this biofilm and removing any protective hiding places for microbes.
DISINFECTIONOnce the biofilm formations are removed, Blue Box technicians penetrate a powerful Disinfectant through the coils, which is injected as a foam phase. Through the process, this disinfectant slowly moves through the coils killing all viruses and microbes that come into contact. Because of Blue Box’s ability to deliver near-perfect surface area coverage through the deep inside of the coils, when completed, Blue Box is able to deliver the highest level of disinfection possible for a building's HVAC system.
