In case customer business is not yet available in your country (pre-launch countries), you need to have new partners with a 6 monthsRe-Order program in your front line in order to receive the level bonus. The Product Re-Order has to be paid by the VP or EK during your own Faststart period. The sole conclusion of the Re-Order contracts will not be sufficient.

You build 2 strong lines in the Streamline Faststart and you earn from 300 EUR up to 7.000 EUR in your first 6 weeks.*

Every new partner in Faststart has an opportunity to achieve first levels in the compensation plan till maximum a

What is "Faststart New-PV"?The Faststart New-PV is the PV of the new partners you have personally sponsored during their whole Faststart period.

As a new partner you receive the Webstar Business Package at your start with WellStar for only 149,00 EUR

(= 1 PV). The Webstar Business Package prolong for 6 months at a time. Each prolongation costs currently

89,00 EUR. You receive 0,5 PV on each prolongation.

Please note:You are only eligible to earn on Webstar sales of your team and use them for your own level qualification, if you

maintain your Webstar Business Package consistently (starter package and 6 months prolongation). If you do not

prolong, all Webstar sales will move

irretrievably to the next higher Webstar

Business start | 25

Provision value (PV):

Every product is assigned a PV value. Every product has a PV value that determines commission. As a rule 100 Euro net

turnover equal 1 PV. For every PV 90 Euro gross flow through the provision plan. Every partner then earns corresponding

to the position in the provision plan.

PPV & PGV:

PPV = personal PV (personal order)

PPV is a volume that exclusively YOU have personally ordered

PGV = personal group volume

PGV contains both PPV and all orders of your personal end customers. All partner sales with less than 1 PGV will always

be assigned to the next higher partner.

Active status – 1 PPV:

Every partner to receive provision as well as to achieve a position always requires an active status of 1 PPV each month.

It also applies in Faststart. Please note that you require a personal PPV in every production month of Faststart so that

your team sales could be eligible for the Faststart position qualification.

E1 Neu PV*:

It is a volume of your direct new partners with their end customers in their Faststart phase.

The level E1 Neu PV is important for the qualification for the level 4 and higher as of position of “Junior Manager”

as well as for the Europe pool.

OrgaPV:

Is a total volume of an organization incl. your own PPV.

OrgaPV also includes your personal orders (PPV).

Example: your partners have together purchased for 50 PV and you for 2 PV. Then your OrgaPV = 52 PV.

BV – Business volume:

Each product additionally to the PV value also has a BV value that is relevant for the achievement of positions in the

provision plan! This value can be raised for a short time for incentive purposes, but is not relevant for the bonuses.

As a partner after Faststart …

… achieve a new position on the basis of your qualification in the following month via the 50% rule with a

corresponding turnover. In order to reach a position of a “Senior Director“ or higher you have to achieve the required

turnover over the 3 following month. The promotion will then take place in the fourth production month. Exceptions can

be introduced only within the current incentives.

• a line = a partner has more than 1 OrgaPV

• an active line = a partner personally has 1 PPV or 1 PGV as a line leading partner

• a Manager line = a partner in the position of a Manager or higher with min. 1 OrgaPV

• an active Manager line (ML) = a partner in the position of a Manager and has personally 1 PPV or 1 PGV

as a line leading partner

• a Director line = a partner in the position of a Director or higher with min. 1 OrgaPV

• an active Director line = a partner in the position of a Director or higher with personally min. 1 PPV or 1 PGV.

• for the evaluation always counts only one Director from one of your direct partner lines.

PGV can be your personal PPV or a volume of the orders of your personal end customers.

... there is 10% to 30% discount on PGV as of min. 5 PGV and higher – but not for the partners in Faststart!

Gross margin:

Profit from the difference between the revenue and cost of a product. It is calculated in case your customer is ordering

directly at WellStar. Less handling and logistics costs.

Level:

Inactive levels will be merged with the next higher level (level compression)!

Every partner who has made min. 1 PGV turnover constitutes an active level. All the rest is considered inactive

and will be compressed.

Promotion into other positions ...

... takes place always in the next month irrespective of the Faststart. As of position of a "Senior Director" the qualification

has to be first confirmed over the 3 following months and then the promotion takes place in the fourth month! WellStar

commission calculation takes place every month for all partners with a personal qualification and a team turnover in the

form of various types of bonuses.
