The Three Little Pigs.

The mother pig said, “Go build your own houses. You’re too big

to live here now.”

The first pig built a house of straw.

He didn’t like working too much, so he built it quickly.

The third pig liked to work, so he built his house out of bricks because he knew there was a wolf in the forest.

The first two pigs played their instruments and laughed and sang. “Who’s afraid of the big, bad wolf?” as they skipped off into the forest.

The wolf came and knocked on the door of the first little pig’s house. He said, “Let me in! Let me in!”

The Wolf said, “I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll blow your house in.” So he huffed and he puffed and he blew the house in.

The wolf pretended to be a sheep and tried to trick the little pigs. They could see his sharp teeth and claws through the crack in the door. They said, “You can’t trick us!”

They ran to the third pig’s house of bricks. The third little pig said, “ You’re safe here.” The pigs had a party.

Along came the wolf and he begged the pigs to let him in. They wouldn’t, so he huffed and puffed. BUT HE COULDN’T BLOW THE HOUSE IN!
