A Step By Step Guide

1. Sign up as a New Client.2. Sign up Appraisers for Approval.3. Begin Ordering from your Approved Panel.

1a. Sign Up as a New Client

1. Click on “Become a Preferred Client” at the bottom of our homepage www.wcci.biz.

1b. Sign Up as a New Client

2. Fill in and “Submit” your information to receive a downloadable file to complete your new client setup process.

2a. Sign Up Your Appraisers

1. Click on “Join our Appraiser Network” at www.wcci.biz.

2b. Sign Up Your Appraisers

2. Submit your appraisers’ info along with a copy of his/her license and E&O to orderdesk@wcci.biz for approval.

3a. Order From Your Panel

1. Log in to the website as a “Client” (selected from the drop-down menu).

2. Select “Place an Order” from the menu bar and fill in the prompted fields to submit your order.

“Only utilize the following approved appraisers for STCU orders: [Appraiser List Here]. If for any reason these appraisers cannot perform the work assigned, STCU MUST be contacted for approval of the new appraiser prior to assignment.”*

*This will limit the distribution of your orders to a specific approved appraiser list.

3. WCCI will program the “Client Notes” section on your profile to read:
