Things to Know About the Auction

● The Silent Auction opens at 6:00 and ends at 8:30. ● You must have a bidder number to bid. You may secure a bidder

number at check-in if not previously received with your bid book. ● A bid sheet will be displayed with each item. You may bid on an item by

writing your bid number on the bid sheet next to the appropriate minimum raise.

● The last bidder number with the highest valid bid on the bid sheet is the winning bidder. Bids placed after the lot closes will be disqualified.

● Your bidder number must be legible. If the auction committee is unable to read your number, then the next highest bid will be declared the winner.

● Dates for any vacations or services are subject to mutual availability and agreement of donor and buyer. The buyer should contact the donor within one month or sooner if specified in the item description.

● You MUST have a paid receipt in order to claim your item(s). ● Please be patient with us. Everyone wants checkout to go quickly and

smoothly. ● Please refer to the General Auction Rules for additional information. ● Check-out will open at 9:15 pm after all bids have been tallied and

filed. No one will be permitted in the check-out area until check-out opens.

Class Parties

Stoner/Anderson Community Kickball Match Mrs. Anderson and Mr. Stoner will host a kickball party for up to 30 rising

and upper elementary students. Sports drinks will be provided. Date will

be a Monday or Friday in May (TBD). Game will be held at Brockman

from 2:30-3:30pm on the kickball field, rain location: gymnasium. Parents

must arrange pickup at Upper elementary door. May 2018 at Brockman, 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.
