Aura Aperius is a family of downlights with the exchangeable

LED light source Aura CompoLED Long Life. The downlight is

equipped with the QuickChange™ easy mounting system for

quick replacement and upgrading of LED modules.

Aura Aperius downlights achieve the same light level and

quality as a 50 W MR16 LV halogen downlight, and saves up to

50% energy. Thanks to the long lifetime of the CompoLED light

source, maintenance costs and thereby total cost of ownership

is also minimized.

The Aura Aperius is available in three main versions:

Aperius R is a regular recessed downlight. Aperius SR is a semi-

recessed downlight partly showing the decorative glass

reflector of the Aura CompoLED light source. Finally, the

Aperius C is a recessed, adjustable downlight which can be

adjusted to 20°.

Aura Aperius is very well suited for indoor premises such as

corridors, boutiques and shops, hotels, restaurants and lobbies.

The QuickChange™ labeling means that the luminaire is modular and that the LED light source easily can be replaced.

Trim ring/housing made of powder coated steel sheet.

Heat sink in aluminium.

Control gear

LED driver providing 700 mA or 350 mA constant current. By

moving one of the internal cables on the driver the current can

be altered from 700 mA/19 W to 350 mA/9 W.

Dimmable DALI LED driver with a selectable constant cur-

rent output providing 700 mA, 500 mA or 350 mA.

PWM dimming control. DALI control input, 1-100% dimming

range.

Light Source

Aura CompoLED Long Life with beam angle 12o , 25o or 40o

is the appropriate light source for Aura Aperius. Available in

3000 K and 4000 K. For more specifications on

Aura CompoLED Long Life, please see separate product sheet.

AURA APERIUS

Aura Aperius R

Aura Aperius R is a recessed downlight.

Aura Aperius SR

Aura Aperius SR is a semi-recessed downlight, partly showing

the decorative Aura CompoLED Long Life reflector.

Aura Aperius C

Aura Aperius C is a cardanic adjustable downlight. It can be

adjusted to 20°.

Aura Aperius LED Downlight with Aura CompoLED light

source is a far more energy efficient downlight solution than

halogen and compact fluorescent alternatives and also more

cost efficient. It has a significant advantage in combination

with lighting controls, presence detection and low dimming

levels. It is a compact solution that is applicable into high

aesthetic demands.

Applications

The main application areas for Aura Aperius are indoor

premises like corridors, boutiques and shops, hotels,

restaurants and lobbies. Aura Aperius is ideal to reduce

energy- and maintenance costs, and yet obtain high quality in

lighting.
