Dans le cadre de sa rénovation, le lycée de Revin a souhaité anticiper l’avenir de son fonctionnement grâce à l'imagination de ses élèves, professeurs, agents….

L’équipe User Studio s’entretient avec les lycéens pour s’imprégner de leurs attentes.

Cartographie des acteursDépassant l’organigramme “officiel“, la réalisation de cette carte a permis de comprendre les interactions réelles entre les différents acteurs du lycée et d’identifier les rôles de chacun dans la perspective de les associer aux pistes de projets.
Réalisation de cartes pour stimuler la créativité des habitants du lycée...
Scénarios prospectifs imaginés conjointement par les acteurs du lycée, la communauté locale et l’équipe de design préfigurant les futurs services proposés par le lycée...

3Expérimentation rapide : prototyper et tester les idées sur place, l’exemple d’une borne d’information...
…alimentée par une équipe éditoriale composée d’élèves encadrés par un CPE.
La borne d’information remporte l’adhésion des élèves ! Un an plus tard, le lycée s’approprie le projet en pour en réaliser une nouvelle incarnation.
L'organisation d’une rencontre entre les élèves et l’architecte permet à ce dernier de mieux intégrer les projets imaginés pour le futur bâtiment.

The “Service Lab“ toolkit
The ‘Observation Map’ is designed to compile user insights gathered in the region where the project takes place.
Mobile iPad version, convenient for compiling the insights while exploring the region.
An Android application that allows users to post their observations on the field to the Service Lab online map platform, and browse through the nearest points of interest posted by others.
Designed to assist participants during creative workshops, the Pencil Case tool helps them produce a quick illustration of local services that they create.
