WiFi is available throughout the communal areas at Swivel.

Internet service within each suite can be provided by Pilot’s fiber-optic network. No contracts are required. Individual options include point-to-point ethernet, dark fiber and wavelength solutions with speeds ranging from 100 Mbps to 10 Gbps.

A modern, powerful and easy-to-use system, each Swivel suite is accessed via smartphone, Apple Watch, key card, fob or clicker. A certified Sequr integrator facilitates set up and provides free, ongoing employee training and support, including 24/7 live chat in addition to a dedicated Sequr customer rep for billing, support or feedback.

KITCHEN

KITCHEN USAGEThe kitchen is open to all suite employees and will be cleaned nightly by Swivel staff.

REFRIGERATOREach suite is assigned a private refrigerator for exclusive use by that firm’s employees. Maintenance and cleaning of the refrigerators are the responsibility of each suite lessee.

MICRO MARKET

At the heart of Swivel is a self-service Micro Market with a checkout kiosk that enables employees to pay for purchases using an Avanti Market Card. Each employee’s Market Card can contain stored value, be linked to a credit/debit card or mobile wallet, or be tied to a payroll deduction.

To obtain a Market Card, each employee will:

1. Download the Avanti App at Google Play or the Apple Store. The Avanti App supports Android 4.0 and above, iPhone iOS 7 and above and Windows 8.1 (Windows 10 coming soon)

2. Establish a new Market Account in the app (enter e-mail and create password and PIN)

3. Each employee will then be issued an electronic Market Card

4. Reloadable Market Cards can be funded with either debit or credit cards, by mobile wallet or by payroll deduction. Purchase history, market inventory and card reloading are all easily accessed at MyMarketCard.com.

FINGERPRINT READERSActive Market Account holders can add convenience and security by paying with a touch of their finger. Simply scan a registered Market Card at the payment kiosk and select Enroll in Fingerprint.

Complimentary bike storage and 18 lockers are provided on a first come, first served basis for daily use. Riders should provide their own locks for bikes. Swivel assumes no responsibility for bicycles or other items left unattended or that incur damage.

RECEPTIONBuilding security will receive Swivel guests in the lobby, provide directions to the Swivel waiting and reception area, and notify tenants of their guests’ arrival. Each tenant has the option of being notified by e-mail or phone call. Upon arrival in the Swivel reception area, guests are encouraged to be seated while awaiting their host who will escort them to the appropriate area.
