ANNOUNCEMENT: CrossFit certification will be held on 31 July and 01 August at Collier Community Fitness Center (0800-1800). There will be no CROSSFIT classes on 31 July thru 01 August. Basketball Court & CrossFit Room will be in use for CrossFit certification 31 July thru 01 August from 0800-1800. All other areas of facility will be operational during this time-frame. ZUMBA AM (0900-1000) will be relocated to SAES Gymnasium on 31 July and 01 August.

Program Policies:– Units will need to complete a registration packet two (2) weeks in advance through FMWR Health & Fitness Program Manager in order to reserve a time-slot. – Groups must consist of no more than 20 participants.– A.T.T.A.C. is available from 0600 thru 1900, Monday thru Thursday, and 0600 thru 1700, Friday. – Training is 60 minutes in length.
