Intheeventofinclementweather,theceremonywillbemovedunderthetent.A-Ga-Mingstaffwillbeonhandtorearrangetablesandchairsduringthisprocessifneeded.IntheeventofcoldweatherA-Ga-Mingwillhavepatioheatersavailableatanadditionalcostof$50perheater.Ifadditionalheatersareneededitistheweddingparty’sresponsibilitytocontactoneoftherentalcompaniesonthevendorlistprovided.A-Ga-MingGolfResortdoesnotprovidefansonwarmerdays.Itistheweddingparty’sresponsibilitytocontactoneoftherentalcompaniesonthevendorlistorprovidefansofyourownforthatday.

! Wewillonlyallowforoneweddingreceptiontotakeplaceperweekend.Onceyourdepositisplaced,youareguaranteedtohavetheonlyweddingreceptionatA-Ga-Mingthatparticularweekend.Theremay,however,beothergolfrelatedeventsduringthesameweekend.

! WeddingsmayonlybebookedbetweenMemorialDayweekendandthesecondweekendofSeptember.Thisistoassureprotectionoftheguestsaswellasvendorandresortequipmentincoldandinclementweather.
