Having used a DIMO Maint's CMMS solution during a previous professional experience within the Four Seasons Group, the technical manager naturally renewed his confidence in the publisher and selected Micro Maint, the most economical solution. Easy to use and fast to deploy, Micro Main meets the main functional requirements of the specifications: - Rapid creation of a tree containing the 470 equipment of the establishment, - Management of the work requests issued by the housekeepers, or directly by the alarms of the centralised technical management (CTM) system, - Management of the preventive maintenance and monitoring of the regulatory controls, - Monitoring of the subcontracting activity. “The maintenance we carry out is more conditional than preventive. Indeed, a round of the equipment is carried out every day, thus ensuring optimal responsiveness of the teams.

Similarly, the CTM system triggers alarms when a fault is reported at meter level and automatically triggers a work request.” says Cédric Brocard. Cédric Brocard prints and gives the work orders to the technicians every day. Once the work carried out, the echnician draws up the intervention report with information such as the time spent, the parts used, etc. The technical manager then takes care of closing the requests on the basis of the report.
