Meet the BoardMembers Spotlight
Hello! I'm Erin Treiman.
AboutWhat We Offer
The Warren Spouses' Club (WSC) is a membership club open to all spouses ofactive duty, Guard, Reserve, and retirees of all branches of service assigned toF.E. Warren AFB and the local area. Active duty members assigned to F.E.Warren and the local area are also welcome as associate members. MissionThe purpose of the Club is to promote non-profit charitable, educational, cultural, and social activities, and to encourage fellowship and charity amongits members.
Throughout the year, we sponsor a variety of charity drives. With the items wecollect, we make donations to worthy organizations and causes in the Militaryand Cheyenne community, as well as Nationally. Our largest donations are madethrough the WSC Scholarships Program. Each year, we award thousands ofdollars in academic scholarships to the children and spouses of military membersassigned to our area.
Fun-loving caring nurse by day, curious cookand musical nerd by night, I always have beena caregiver at heart, had an interest ingood food, and a love for performance artssince my first memories.
A born-n-raised Central New York woman with apassion for helping others, with nothing morethan some scrubs and a stethoscope, taking ajob as a family health RN in the 90th MedicalGroup at F.E. Warren was a no-brainer.
I believe getting involved in spouses club is thekey to many opportunities.
I heard about the Spouses Heart Link Tour(offered by the Airmen and Family ReadinessCenter) on the Warren Spouses Club websitewhich led me to the clinic and eventually mysupervisor who hired me for the job. I alsomade friends who would remember me when Iwas looking for paid work in my first year ofmarriage with almost no clue about themilitary (having just moved my whole life fromWashington, DC to Cheyenne, WY).
I also believe that spouses clubs help youcreate relationships and a life you love.
Even if though there are bumps in the road, Iam certainly on a path to success (cue the"Independent Woman" song). What I was notprepared for was the many nights that myhusband/best friend would be away, physicallyor mentally, because of work and school. Norwas I certain of how to sell what was thought tobe an unsellable house in another state thatwas quickly draining our finances. The initialcurveballs and stress were bearable because of

the relationships I had with many of theoutstanding women who surrounded me inthe spouse's club. Support from a positivecommunity did wonders for my spirit.
Giving to other spouses is a great joy and, inmy opinion, WSC is the place to be.
Staying true to myself, I decided to stayinvolved on the WSC board as Secretary. Itook this position to inspire other spouses totake charge of their success and happiness bylistening, giving good "I've been there" adviceor resources, and injecting lots of fun andhumor whenever I can.
