ProductionThe iBuild staff have been in the aluminium manufacturing industry for many years with most employees having in access of 10 years of cutting, machining and assembly experience. The result is that iBuild can supply the highest standard of quality in all the products we produce.A ridged quality control system is in place ensuring all products meet the quality standard before being wrapped.

Quality

Fracture Certification: All safety glass conforms to national and international standards and is marked in accordance to local requirements. As a norm and part of our quality control iBuild request from time to time that safety glass suppliers forward a fracture test report with a particular consignment to ensure quality standards are maintained at all times.

All iBuild products are manufactured to comply with coastal requirements i.e.: stainless steel hardware and 25micron anodizing and carry a 1 year warranty against faulty materials and workmanship.

Sliding DoorsSpecial Features:• A high quality Sliding Door requiring minimum maintenance.• For use in residential and architectural projects.• Aluminium extrusions anodized to coastal specifications of 25 microns.• Sliding Doors are glazed with Toughened Safety Glass complying to national & international standards as well as N Part glazing regulations.• Sliding Door leaves are completely reversible. • Sliding Door stainless steel rollers ensure a smooth gliding action and are made of durable long lasting materials.• Design of the Sliding Door accommodates wool pile to ensure the door is draught resistant, the threshold & high rise interlock meet the highest 1/175 regulations.• The Sliding Door can be coupled to the iBuild sidelight to allow for ventilation whilst the door is closed.• A Cylinder lock & Night latch can be fitted as an additional extra.• Fitting instructions are provided in the hardware pack.

Standard Sliding Doors

Standard 30,5mm Casement Window RangeMaximum sash size: width 600mm height 600mm. All dimensions indicated are normal opening sizes. Deduct 10mm for actual overall window size. Windows 1800mm and wider get 900mm vents. P4TT windows get 600mm wide vents.

Residential Windows

Special Features:• A high quality low cost window requiring minimum maintenance.• For use in residential and architectural projects.• Project top hung sashes on concealed friction stays, all sashes are fitted with draught seal to prevent water and air infiltration.• Window corners are mechanically crimped and sealed. • All windows come complete with fixing lugs, handles, stainless steel screws.• All windows are factory glazed to N part glazing regulations.• Aluminium extrusions anodised to coastal specifications of 25 microns.• All hardware to coastal specifications of 304 stainless steel quality.• Windows available in a PT (one vent) – PTT (two vents) – P4TT (four vents) configuration.• Viewed from the outside all vents as a standard on the left hand side, if vents are required on the right this needs to be specified.
