What is a 360o Feedback?

A 360o feedback is a feedback taken from members of an employee’s immediate work circle, mostly for the purpose of appraisals, which also includes feedback from customers, suppliers and stakeholders and a self- evaluation. In contrast to the traditional feedbacks, where the direct reports are the only one to rate the employee, a 360o feedback is believed to evaluate an employee with a higher accuracy.
