Make the following change to the PLAN:

SHEET C.3:

Delete the following sentence from the ESTIMATE REFERENCE INFORMATION for

Items No. 10, 11, 12, and 13 [Item Codes 2435-0130148, 2435-0130160, 2435-0130348,

and 2435-0130396] MANHOLE, SANITARY SEWER [SW-301, 48 IN; SW-301, 60 IN;

SW-303, 48 IN; and SW-303, 96 IN]:

Sanitary sewer structure shall be air vacuum tested.

SHEET C.13:

Tabulation 104-5C SANITARY SEWER

Add the following Sanitary Sewer Note to eliminate nearby soil contamination

infiltrating the pipe joints:

(17) Install VCP with nitrile gasket(s) or gasket recommended for

contaminated soil.

Add reference to Sanitary Sewer Note (17) in the Notes Column for SAN-P-75

and SAN-P-76.

SHEET C.16:

Tabulation 110-15_WM REMOVAL AND ABANDONMENT OF WATER MAIN

Delete the abandonment of RP306 (382’). Change the total at the bottom of the

tab for Abandonment, from 612 to 230 linear feet.

SHEET D.3:

Revise the note for Property to be Demolished to state “Property to be

Demolished and Services Abandoned by Others prior to this project”. These

buildings are completely removed at this time.
