according to gar is panduan keper luan teknikal pembangunan

per umahan (jabatan per ancangan), majlis bandar ay a johor bahr u,

a medium density development = 25 units/acre

Proposed site is about 2.3 acres,therefore there will be around

50 units of serviced apartments provided.

16 units = divorced singles

14 units = divorced family with > 1 children20 units = divorced family with 1 children
