Wilson previously served as the co-editor of a bi-monthly newsletter, The Moore-Wilson Signaling Report, published until the summer of 2013 by Hughes Associates, Inc. He served in this position since the publication began in April of 1989. Until 2005, Dean Wilson wrote the majority of the articles for each 16-page issue—an average of seven articles per issue. From 2005, he continued to write at least one article for each issue. In 2010, he resumed duties as principal editor and publisher.
