Mr.Brauser is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio, is Accredited in Business Valuation and Certified inFinancial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, is a Certified Insolvency andRestructuring Advisor, and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
