放學 ICU 節目主持蔥蔥，會向大家提出一些幫大家鍛煉腦筋，提昇思考及反應的智力問題，讓小朋友的腦筋可以經常急轉彎。

動物星期二 1. 動物笑呵呵人：大人及小朋友環節形式：

邀請藝人、知名人士等，帶同其寵物，與大家分享與寵物相處的有趣經歷。主持

人亦有別出心裁的扮相，增加觀眾的投入性。

2. 寵物嘆世界環節形式：

從衣、食、住、行各方面，全方位介紹林林總總的寵物精品和服務。環節以主持

介紹為主，有需要才邀請嘉賓講解。 3. 寵物救星人：迪及小演員環節形式：

專業人士如獸醫、愛護動物協會等嘉賓，將會現身說法，充當寵物救星，為大家

小朋友對音樂的興趣和認識。每星期均會邀請一個兒童表演團體擔綱演出。另外，

亦會邀請觀眾或其他團體，於此環節內作任何類型的音樂表演。

2. 開心五線譜環節形式：通過音樂導師，以趣味形式介紹中外音樂的樂理常識。 3. 唱聚童年時環節形式：

歌手、藝員及兒童音樂藝人，唱談其童年時的生活點滴和難忘經歷。

4. 音樂小蝌蚪環節形式：每次邀請一位受過正統音樂訓練的導師於環節內介紹一些能夠啟發小朋友對音樂

產生興趣的遊戲。才藝星期四 1. 才藝鬥秀場環節形式：

嘉賓、團體甚至觀眾，均可以此表演平台，盡情演繹各種才藝，範圍包括雜耍、

樂、生活資訊的雜誌式節目，令長者能夠時常接觸到社會的脈

搏，做一個開心而生活態度積極的長者，享受退休後的生活。

節目主持以親切輕鬆、平易近人的手法及態度，為長者觀眾介

紹與他們息息相關的生活資訊，並會邀請各方面的嘉賓上廠接

受訪問。

1) 醫療保健 : 邀請有關之醫生或醫務人員，講解長者常見之疾病如 : 骨質疏鬆、老年

痴呆、心血管毛病、糖尿病、中風、老年黃斑點、青光眼、骨折、耳鳴、

皮膚護理、白內障、高血壓 ...等等，並為他們介紹最新的治療及護理方

法，與及介紹政府提供之防疫注射等。

2) 日常護理 : 邀請有關專家講解各類護理專題，如 :食物選擇、飲食衛生、進補要點、

家居安全、關節護理、老人專用輔助工具、老人衣飾設計、平安鐘服務、

冬日禦寒、慎防跌倒、預防流行病症 ...等等。

雜誌式節目，兩位主持以輕鬆手法訪問有關嘉賓，長者節目內容廣泛，包

1) 醫療保健 : 邀請醫生講解長者常見疾病，例如 : 膀胱過度活躍症、情緒、口腔、退

化症、關節炎、便秘、甲狀腺、白內障、中風、夢遊併發症、呼吸道、
