First things to consider:

- Do want to serve your country and at the same time meet wonderful people, travel, learn discipline and lifelong career skills?

- Earn money for College?

- Are you willing to put in the physical as well as mental requirements?

Speak to a Recruiter:- This step is very important (if you

are under 18 speak with your parents first)

- Seek out your local recruiting office and speak to “ALL BRANCHES” of the Armed Forces:

Choose from:

• Army• Air Force• Navy• Marines• Coast Guard

Get Prepared for:

• Taking the ASVAB- this is a written test to help determine basic knowledge and technical skills

Get Physical

• Running• Sit ups • Push ups• Pull ups

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA• PASS DRUG TEST• CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK• PASS HEIGHT AND WEIGHT STANDARDS
