Acton is undergoing a huge regeneration, making it one of the most sought after areas for those looking for a sense of community within easy reach of central London. Rosebank has been designed to be an integral part of the wider neighbourhood.

The development is within walking distance of many parks, and the area has excellent pubs, bars and restaurants offering a wide range of cuisines from around the world. Acton Market is nearby, a community-run project offering some of the best street food and crafts in West London.

CONNECTIVITY

TRANSPORT LINKS

With both tube and overground stations nearby, Acton is one of the best-served areas of London, and it’s set to improve further with the new Elizabeth Line (Crossrail).

Acton Main Line Station will be a part of the Elizabeth Line and is set to be fully open from early 2021*. Thanks to this innovation, Bond Street will be a 9-minute journey, Canary Wharf only 23 minutes and Heathrow Airport will be 17 minutes away by train.

In addition, all the nearby Underground stations are on the Central Line, linking Acton with the heart of London. Paddington is within easy reach, as is White City, where the Westfield Shopping Centre offers one of the best shopping, dining and entertainment experiences in the city.

The Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation is developing a whole new centre and community for West London, including investment in rail infrastructure such as High Speed 2 and the Elizabeth Line to create new opportunities for people in the area.

THE BUILDINGS

THE ARCHITECTURE OF ROSEBANK

No two properties at Rosebank are the same; the buildings vary in shape and scale, while the apartments are all unique and tailored to their position in the development.

Rosebank showcases a striking combination of timber, concrete and metallic finishes, and range from four-storey to single-storey buildings. The buildings are tiered to reflect the neighbouring houses, so that Rosebank blends with its surroundings.

The development also includes a mix of paving and vegetation, in a style that has been inspired by a town square.
