Rich Zahradnik, journalist turned mystery writer, has written the third novel in the Coleridge Taylor Mystery series, A Black Sail (October 2016, Camel Press). The series takes place in gritty 1970s era New York City. A Black Sail begins on the eve of the U.S. Bicentennial and newsman Coleridge Taylor is covering Operation Sail in the New York Harbor. Zahradnik's star has been rising quickly among mystery writers and readers, as critical acclaim gathers and prizes accrue.
