INTRODUCTION
• Today we are going to introduce a novel approach that would open a new era in the field of health.
• The conventional medical trend in the medical field is that if we identify a disease in a patients body, a fixed dose of drug is delivered to the body.
• The drugs even can cause adverse effect on the patients body.

• This silver enhanced self assembled radio frequency antenna will help to determine the target pathogens which need the treatment and the dosage needed.
• Targeting principle as its name suggests can target a disease causing cell and can remove it from its roots.
• Latest innovations are proceeding in the field of targeting a specific cancer cell without even damaging the adjacent cells as in case of chemotherapy.
• RFID antenna i.e. Radio Frequency Identification, receives and transmit signals from biosensors.

• We use this biosensors where direct measurement the target considered to be impractical.
• In the presence of pathogens the silver enhancement processes a self assembled chain of micro monopole antenna. As the micro monopole antenna grow, The chain of micro monopole antenna segments bridges together to complete a dipole structure which give signals to desired frequency.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
• In it’s operation dipole antenna act as grafting substance so that the micro antennas are self assembled.
• To achieve this a gap is created and is filled with Nitro Cellulos(NC) Membrane facing the antenna.
• Target specific antibodies are immobilized in the surface of NC membrane.
• Due to the size of gold Nano-particle the gap remains electrically insulated.
• During the silver enhancement process the sandwich structure is exposed to proprietary silver enhancement solution.
• It facilitates reduction of silver ion into metallic silver in the presence of gold nano particle.
• As the time progress ,more silver ions get reduced on the gold Nano particles and ultimately bridges the antenna gap.
• At this state, The effective length of antenna increases which result in stronger reflected signal or equivalently longer interrogation distance for RFID tag.
• Before silver enhancement only sandwich structure functionalized on the surface of NC membrane.
• After silver enhancement the deposition of metallic silver on gold nano particle results in the formation of micro antenna which work RFID based detection.
CONCLUSION
• We have proposed a novel approach for implementing RFID based sensor. The approach reliefs on self-assembling property of silver enhancement procedure which can be used to formed micro antennas. Based on the principle a wireless target detection approaches has been proposed. Our future world will focus on automating ,integrating the silver enhancement process for detecting pathogens in real life environment.
