A new school for a fixed price with absolute certainty of specification and programme. In the age of austerity, doesn’t that sound a great place to start?
We are the market leader in delivering new school buildings. Since 2010 we have successfully delivered £110m of new facilities to private and public sector clients.
That’s over 9,500 new school places.
Sunesis isn’t a specific form of construction.
It isn’t ‘flat pack’ or the portable cabins that many of us had to learn in.
Our children deserve better than that.
In 2010, we reviewed our portfolio of educational projects to capture successes, review lessons learned and identify those aspects that make the difference between good and excellent design. This process highlighted a number of common building forms. Focusing on the best examples of each, we then re-engineered each with the help of our Supply Chain and BIM.
The result is a suite of pre-designed schools.
All developed to industry standard Level 2 BIM
Sunesis is founded on certainty.
Each design has a defined layout (which can be personalised), an upfront specification and a known time to construct.
This enables us to offer our products on an all inclusive lump sum basis.
There is no guesswork, there is only confidence.
