The Lakeland sports information office staffs all home contests for football, men’s and women’s vollball, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s soccer, baseball, softball, men’s and women’s tennis, cross country/track & field, and men’s and women’s golf. Lakeland uses Stat Crew software for recording statistics. Please send a Stat Crew roster before contests at least 24 hours in advance to [email protected]. A packed Stat Crew game file will be sent to the opposing school’s SID after the game, results can also be sent to an opposing school’s media by prior request. Statistics are also posted on the Lakeland web site at www.lakelandmuskies.com. For space for working media or visiting SID’s please inform office at least 24 hours prior to contest.

*Proper sportsmanship via teams and fans is encouraged at all times.
TAILGATING POLICIES
*Responsible and appropriate behavior is required during tailgating events.
*Tailgating begins no earlier than three hours prior to the start of a game and must end two hours after the game. Tailgating activities must cease during the game.
*Tailgating is allowed in lots E, F, G, and H.
*Music should be played at a reasonable level; be respectful of others around you.
*Please clean up and recycle when the game is over. The area should be returned to the same condition it was when you arrive.
*Please do not block emergency vehicle access to any part of any parking lot.
*Artificial noisemakers (including bull horns) are not permitted (NCAA rule).
*Tents, canopies, and tables are not to inhibit traffic flow.
*No tailgating is allowed in grassy areas.
DRINKING POLICIES
*Alcohol is allowed in lots E, F, and H.
*Alcohol may only be consumed by those individuals 21 years of age and older.
*Drinking games are prohibited.
*No glass containers allowed.
*Alcoholic beverages in any form shall not be allowed to be sold, dispersed, or brought into the viewing area of any event. This includes any area from which the contest can be viewed.
*No person shall have in their possession an opened container of beer or intoxicating liquor in any pub-lic place unless in designated lots.
