Many great tales and stories from our childhood time start with

“Long ago, back when the animals could talk and people could understand them, …”

Sometimes I still wonder how it was like then, back when the animals could talk.

And also what happened ever since…

Well, to be quite honest with you, on the animal side, nothing really changed. The animals still do talk, it is just that many of us no longer know how to listen.

As I child, I loved to listen to the beautiful Frog Prince Story. And I was mesmerized by the phrase

“you have to kiss a lot of frogs, before you may find your prince”….

I grew up and still like the frog tale. The only thing that changed in the mean time is that I found out that kissing at random does not really work. I also realized that too many are watching the same frog ponds at the same time.

However, some do find their princes.

Now, “finding” princes is one part of the story.

“Keeping” them charmed and happy ever after is another one.

Here comes the contemporary and highly rewarding story of the frog-loving company that understands the subtle game of crafting a customer intimacy strategy that is fully oriented towards the needs and aspirations of the frog princes it has in mind.

Guess what’s happening?

In turn, customers spontaneously share the great experiences they have with the company’s brand and the company’s people. They tell virtually anyone they cross along their path.

May 2010 be your year of kissing more princes than frogs.
