The lancasters’ interiors have been designed by design experts intarya. With inspiration taken from la Belle Epoque and the grand Tour, the design
exudes luxury and sophistication. Here, confident blends of colour and pattern are important tools,
including vibrant ikats and over-scaled Chinoiserie hand painted in a tonal palette, rich with platinum embroideries. Textural finishes are also key - from
verre Églomisé, silk and raffia-style wall coverings to Venetian mirror, silk velvets and precious hand
embroideries.
The skills of fine artists and craftspeople have also been harnessed to spectacular effect. it is an
