ORDER FOLLOWING HEARING

On November 21, 2008, the Court heard the Motions to Quash filed by Fidelity National

Foreclosure Solutions; The Boles Law Firm, APC; and Option One Mortgage Corp. and the

Objections and Reply thereto (pleadings 76-82, 87, 90, 96). Appearances were made by:

Susan Fahey Desmond and Reed Smith, counsel for Option One Mortgage Corp.;

Jacob S. Edwards, counsel for The Boles Law Firm;

Joseph Epstein and Michael Cash, counsel for Fidelity National Information Services,Inc.;

Sean Haynes and Mary Langston, counsel for U. S. Trustee.

The parties are working on a resolution. The Court will schedule a telephonic status

conference. If the parties have failed at the time of the conference to reach a resolution, the

Court will enter its ruling.

IT IS ORDERED that the matter is UNDER ADVISEMENT .

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a telephonic status conference will be held on
