for benefit of needy people in our community, specifically the Rescue Mission

and Center Against Family Violence, a shelter for battered women.

W elcome 2017! We are very excited to

announce a new adult Bible class that

will start at 9:30 am beginning next

week. The class is entitled "Christians Only;

Understanding Churches of Christ" and will meet

in the fellowship hall. As a reminder, we will

resume all Bible classes next week at the usual 9:30

am meeting time.

We are grateful James Heard’s surgery went well last Monday. He’s home now and he will undergo a few weeks of knee rehab. Please continue to keep him in our prayers for swift healing and recovery. We are thankful to hear that Iris Morse was released from the hospital on the 24th of December and is recovering at home. Ed Freeman is in our thoughts and prayers this week as he is home tending to an injured knee. Our hearts are saddened at the sudden death of Lisa Sidranski's son Matthew this past Sunday. Please pray for Lisa in this time of grief.
