    theMorganproposalfor933University.Consideringtheopinionsoftheneighborsinthesurvey,twopublic

    meetings,andmanycorrespondences,NOTANAopposestheproposeddevelopmentbecausethesizeand

    scaleoftheprojectisincongruentwithpropertyintheEastAvenuePreservationDistrict.However,weare

    opentoworkingwithMorganManagementonbuildinginanothermoreappropriatelocationinthe

    neighborhood.

    ThesurveywasdesignedonSurveyMonkey.comandmaintainedonlinefrom30March2013to19April
