Ms. Davis was visibly distraught sitting on the porch sobbing. I made contact with Ms. Davis's brother in law who just requested that she be taken back home for the evening. I transported Ms. Davis back to her address on Alabama Ave where she went inside for the night. No further police action was needed at this time. 4625 Elmo Ave 20-095299 9/20/2020 3:18:00AM 91Z Damaged Property Accidental On 09/20/2020 at 03:24 hours, Officer Slater (84863) responded to a unknown trouble at 4625 Saint Elmo Ave. Upon arrival police were able to make contact with a female fall victim. Due to the location of the fall, both fire (Q14CF) and Medic 9 were called. Q14 had to force entry into the apartment to gain access to the patient. Upon gaining access to the patient, Medic 9 assisted the patient who ultimately refused transport to the hospital. On 09/20/2020 at 03:24 hours, Officer Slater (84863) responded to a unknown trouble at 4625 Saint Elmo Ave. Upon arrival police were able to make contact with a female fall victim. Due to the location of the fall, both fire (Q14CF) and Medic 9 were called. Q14 had to force entry into the apartment to gain access to the patient. Upon gaining access to the patient, Medic 9 assisted the patientwho ultimately refused transport to the hospital. Apartment maintenance was called an notified on the condition of the door.

Mr. Paris stated he was in a verbal argument with his girlfriend Shannon Johnson. Mr. Paris stated he just wanted to gatherhis belongings and leave the residence for the night. Mr. Paris was in possession of his belongings and ready to leave upon policearrival.

I spoke with Shannon Johnson. Ms. Johnson agreed that the argument with Mr. Paris was verbal only and that Mr. Paris did have his belongings.

On 09/20/2020 at 07:30 hours, Officer Stansberry (61910) reported a memo at 2479 Bridge CIR. Upon arrival officers spoke with complainant (Ms. Hennderson) who stated she believes someone is coming into her apartment not triggering the alarm system after multiple issues with the system. Ms. Henderson is very upset with her alarm system (Comcast) along with her phone which was recently purchased with service from Comcast. It was suggested Ms. Henderson contact Comcast regarding her alarm and phone services issues with the service provider. Officers did not observe any forced entry into the home and the alarm was sounding as Ms. Henderson opened the door for officers.

On 09/20/2020 at 09:30 hours, Officer William Bernitt (77564) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 2423 Bridge Cir. Upon arrival police spoke with Peggy Barnes. Ms. Barnes stated she came home from work about 05:40 hrs this morning and went to sleep. When she woke up around 09:00 hrs she realized someone had broken into her car and taken $22 in cash and a S&W .38 revolver that she keeps in her glove box. Ms. Barnes did not have the serial number of the handgun at this time so the firearm wasunable to be entered into NCIC. Ms. Barnes stated she always locks her car but believes she may have left it unlocked this one time. No suspect information is known at this time. Nothing further.

On 09/20/2020 at 10:21 hours, Officer Stansberry (61910) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 2341 Shallowford Village Dr (Comfort Inn). Upon arrival complainant (Joey Mullins) stated someone had rummaged thru his vehicle and taken a car title , his paper Ga Identification and a bag of miscellaneous hand tools. Officers did not observe any forced entry into the vehicle. Facility management has a camera in the area however there is currently no one trained to work the camera system. A friend (Jaylin Hairston) traveling with the complainant stated he was approached at the facility by an unknown black male who attempted to sell him a phone and the same individual was charging a phone outside the hotel. Officers spoke with the subject Ernest Bulloch who stated he was charging his phone awaiting a ride. At this time there is no further information available. The facility will notify officersif further surveillance indicates a suspect.

On 09/20/2020 at 10:45 hours, Officer J.Hamilton (66984) reported a memo at 5001 Oakhill Rd. Upon arrival I spoke to complainant store manager Charleen Williams. Ms. Williams needed to make a report of a former employee Eric Varnell calling and texting her regarding his being terminated from Captain D's. She said that since Sept. 6th Mr. Varnell has sent long rambling texts and left voice mails about his time working there and his dislike for their district manager "Terry". Ms. Williams said that she would tell Mr. Varnell to quit contacting her but that if his behavior continued she wished to pursue prosecution. There is nothing further to report.

On 09/20/2020 at 10:28 hours, Officer Frantom, Matthew S. (73497) reported a memo at Forest Highland Dr / Ashland Ter. While in the area looking for damage involving a possible hit and run (20-095349) I observed a silver Nissan at this location with no tag. Ithad heavy front end damage and appeared to have been abandoned off of the roadway. I did observe fluids in the road a few hundred feet away. It appeared a vehicle had struck the curb and gone onto the sidewalk. It is unknown if this vehicle was involved or if it involved the other hit and run I was working. The vehicle did not come back as stolen and had a previous registration out of Florida. Nothing further.

Upon arrival at Quality Inn hotel management stated they had found several syringes at the facility. The syringes appeared to be empty and were in a pink plastic see thru bag. The syringes were taken to property and marked as destroyed.

On 09/20/2020 at 13:20 hours I, Officer King (78347), responded to Disorder at 3309 Taylor St. Officers were dispatched to a disorder that was called in by a neighbor stating that a male and female were arguing at the residence. The complainant stated that both parties were screaming at each other. When I arrived on the scene the male was present and standing on the porch. He identified himself as Taurus Earls. He stated that he and his girlfriend were arguing and that she had left prior to my arrival. He stated that the argument was verbal only. No further Police action was taken.

On 09/20/2020 at 13:26 hours, I (FTO Clemons #827) reported a memo at 2115 E 3rd St. An anonymous caller stated that they owned the property at this location and that there was a group of people gathered in the parking lot. He wanted police to see what they were doing. I made contact with a party who did not want to identify himself. He stated that the group was there as the "Democratic Socialists of Chattanooga" and they were providing free brake light and blinker light changes to the community until 1400 hours. I requested that the property owner respond to the scene if he wanted the group to leave because I could not prove who he was. He refused to respond.No further action was taken.

On 09/20/2020 at 14:20 hours, Officer Sanchez (73514) responded to an MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 4510 Rossville Blvd. Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant, Santiago Lopez-Aguilar , who explained that this morning his vehicle was stolen. Santiago explained that he just purchased the vehicle from the registered owner, Lucas Bautista , and this morning at approximately 0300hrs he went to his friend's house and parked at 4510 Rossville Blvd. When he came back to his car approximately 20 minutes later he found that it was gone. He stated that he accidentally left the keys inside of the car. The registered owner of the vehicle, Lucas, arrived on the scene and stated that he believes the vehicle is stolen. There is no suspect information.The vehicle was entered into NCIC under the NIC number of V062334213. There is nothing further at this time.

On 09/23/2020 at 02:37 hours, Officer A. Baldwin (82276) wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 4510 Rossville Blvd. The stolen vehicle, Chevrolet Equinox(TN/ ) was recovered by Tennessee Highway Patrol Sergeant Morton #46 (case #220037194) at 3700 Grace Ave. The vehicle was recovered without the keys, and was towed to Doug Yates, with a hold, placed by THP.There is no suspect information at this time. Nothing further at this time.

2012 Hardy St20-095428 9/20/2020 4:32:00PM 290 Vandalism

On 09/20/2020 at 14:30 hours I, Officer King (78347), responded to a Vandalism at 2012 Hardy St. Upon arrival I spoke to Mr. Walter Thornton who stated that both of his vehicles have been damaged at unknown times. He stated that his Chevrolet truck had sugar put into gas tank. Mr. Thornton had already removed the gas tank from the vehicle and showed me the sugar in the tank. Mr. Thornton also stated that the roof of his other truck, a GMC Sierra, had been struck by a bullet. I observed the hole in the roof of the vehicle and could see that the projectile was still stuck inside the roof of the truck. Mr. Thornton stated that he has no idea when this happened and he just realized it a couple days ago. It appeared that the bullet hole has been there for some time due to the fact that there is small amounts of rust visible around the hole. Mr. Horton also stated his wife, Ms. Carolyn Thornton, has been receiving calls from unknown parties telling her that she needs to stop working because of COVID. Ms. Thornton stated that she does not know these parties.

On 09/21/2020 at 21:45 hours, Officer S. Montana (84854) wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 1701 N Concord Rd. I was dispatched to 407 Shallowford Rd in reference to a stolen vehicle. I was able to verify the vehicle's information through NCIC and it did confirm. It was taken out of NCIC and vehicle was towed to Johnny's Wrecker Service. Nothing further.

On this date I recovered the stolen Chevy Malibu at 2440 Williams St. The vehicle appeared to be in running condition and the owner requested the vehicle be towed to his home. Shackleford Towing responded for the vehicle.

An appearance bond and speeding ticket belonging to Mr. Jonathan Peacock was located in the back seat of the vehicle. I checked to see if he was listed as a guest at the motel and he was not. Mr. Peacock's currently out on bond for theft over $1000.

On 09/20/2020 at 19:50 hours, Officer Pierre (84860) reported Misc information at 535 Cherokee Blvd. Upon arrival on scene police met and spoke with the complainant Madison Malita. Ms. Milita stated while at "Mikes Hole in the Wall" she encountered he ex boyfriend Baxter Mccurry. Ms. Milita stated her and Mr. Mccurry got into an argument, and Mr. Mccurry left the bar. Ms. Milita stated that when she walked out to her vehicle to leave that it appeared that the front and rear driver side tires had possibly been slashed due to the fact that they were almost completely flat. Upon further investigation it appeared that the tires were not slashed, and that some one had just let almost all of the air out of them.

On 09/21/2020 at 06:49 hours, Officer Stansberry (61910) reported a memo at 2346 Shallowford Village Dr (Cracker Barrel). Officers checked the area regarding a homeless subject sitting near the dumpster with a sheet over the top of her head. Complainant stated other facility managers have asked the subject all week to relocate. This morning the subject startled an employer who was sitting in her vehicle. Officers located some luggage and a wheelchair believed to be the subjects however the subject was no where in the area. At this time there is no further information available. Officers will continue to monitor the area.

On 09/21/2020 at 07:32 hours, Officer William Bernitt (77564) responded to a Vehicle Recovered Stolen Outside of Chattanooga at 1211 Carriage Parc Dr. Police attempted to locate a vehicle stolen out of Red Bank. Police located the black Chevy Cruz. Haley Gray, the owner of the vehicle came and picked the vehicle up. The vehicle was taken out of NCIC by Red Bank police. Nothing further.

On 09/21/2020 at 07:28 hours, PIT McMahan (61444) responded to a Property Lost at 4860 Hixson Pike at the Dollar General. The victim said that he had layed his wallet and phone down on top of his car while he was there yesterday around 5 pm. He then drove away and about 10 min later, he realized he had left them on top of the car and when he pulled over to check, they were gone. This report was taken by phone.

On 09/21/2020 at 12:05 hours, Officer J.Hamilton (66984) reported a memo at 7301 E Brainerd Rd. Upon arrival I spoke with complainant Katie Garrison. Ms. Garrison said that she wanted to report that two suspicious parties continue to come onto the property and act in a suspicious manner. Ms. Garrison said that one is a B/M with dreads and the other one is a petite W/F who drives a white Ford Escape with a spare "donut" tire on one of the sides.

I received an email from the victim Mark Pressley with additional information for his jet ski trailer (Load Rite -gray - double jet ski). It was placed into NCIC. Nothing further.

On 09/23/2020 at 16:34 hours, Officer Veloz 603 wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 4119 Hixson Pike. I was dispatched to 6320 Hixson Pike in response to a recovery for the stolen trailer, and two Yahmaha jetski's that were taken with it. The trailer did confirm as well as the two jet ski's I contacted the owner of the items and he requested that they be towed. So R and D wreckers was called out to retrieve the stolen items. They were also removed from NCIC. Nothing further.

On 09/21/2020 at 14:00 hours, Officer Smith, Zachary (77584) reported a memo at 2306 E 23rd St. Upon arriving at Yates I spoke with Josh Zeller who stated a party believed to be Ryan Cox had removed the catalytic converter from several vehicles not belonging to Yates. Video footage was unclear but a figure could be seen around the vehicles Sunday morning. Since none of the vehicles belonged to Yates, Yates was not the victim in any of the thefts. Zeller stated he would contact the owners of the vehicles to see how they wished to proceed. Nothing follows at this time.

On 09/21/2020 at 15:24 hours, Officer J. Waltero (79887) responded to a vandalism at 1521 Hickory Valley Rd. I spoke to Thomas Williams over the phone.

Mr. Williams stated between 2100 hours 9/20/2020 and 1000 hours 9/21/2020, someone damaged his vehicle. Mr. Williams stated the windshield, driver window and passenger window were broken. Mr. Williams stated he was estimated $2500 to get it all fixed.

On 09/21/2020 at 15:03 hours, Officer J. Waltero (79887) responded to a theft from vehicle at at 7519 Bonnie Dr. I spoke to James Sanders over the phone.

Mr. Sanders stated between 0300 - 0400 hours, someone took the tag off his grandfather's, Roland Sanders, truck. Mr. Sanders stated he arrived home prior to the time frame and noticed two young males walking around. The tag was entered into NCIC and they generated NIC #P787294935.

While inside the store an unknown white male party with no shirt on walked up to her car and stole the vehicle. Ms. Swing stated she had talked to some Hispanic males who tried to give her the direction of the vehicle but she was unable to get clear information. Police were ableto get pictures of the suspect taking the car but have not been able to identify the suspect at this time. Upon arrival I spoke with Katie, the manager, who stated that a suspect from recent burglaries was on the property and had just left with a box of items. He is a black male, 6 foot tall with long dreads and a beard. He goes by the name Man Man. He was scene leaving in a Ford Edge with Ga tag . Katie said that Sherri is a known associate of Man Man and wanted her trespassed from the property. I spoke with Sherri and explained that if she came back on the property she would be arrested. She is clear that if she needs to come back to get her furniture, she is to call first and get permission before arriving. Nothing further.

On 09/22/2020 at 01:20 hours, Officer Watson (84864) reported a memo at 7021 HWY 153. While on patrol I observed a Gray Toyota Prius parked at the closed gas station at this location. I made an investigative stop and did not see any passengers or drivers within the car. There were bedding and empty cans of beer piled in the car. Upon closer inspection, I observed the rear passenger window was knocked out and severely damaged. I also checked that both VIN of this Prius does not match the displaced license plate. The actual VIN of this Prius is JTDKB20U963190258 and last Registered out of San Antonio Texas. The plate displayed is TN (VIN- JTDKB20u877566653)and registered to a Jason Burton at 1513 Anderson Ave. Neither identifiers come back as stolen at this time. No owner or driver was located on the scene. Nothing further.

I spoke with Mr. Boyd by phone. He says that on 28 Aug. 220. a party claiming to be Darel M Davis cashed a counterfeit check on his account for $964.00. Mr. Martin says that the bank is not returning the money to his account without a police report. Mr. Boyd says that the number on the bogus check is 3807 and he still has check # 3807 in his checkbook.

Mr. Boyd emailed the following to me:

"Officer Glenn - Thank you for spending your time with me to help resolve my issue with First Horizon allowing a thief to cash a fake check with my name and account number on it. Please see the attached copy of the check cashed Friday, August 28, 2020. I visited the 23rd Street branch and left Alden Mason a copy of the fake check they cashed. The manager, Donna Monroe, was out and should contact me tomorrow. I asked Alden Mason to order the surveillance film for that day so you and others can view it. Thebank insists that they need the police report before they reimburse me. Please contact me if you need any additional information toget this resolved. Martin Boyd"

On 09/22/2020 at 11:29 hours, Officer C. Glenn (60757) responded to a False Pretenses/Swindle/Confidence Game at 7255 Lee Hwy.

I spoke with Joshua Risinger by phone. He says that in May 2020, his wife, Amy Risinger received an email from a company called Ameri Doc Prop. LLC regarding consolidation of student loans. Mr. Risinger says that he takes care of there financial affairs and started communicating with the company on 31 July, 2020. He says that he filled out forms that he sent that gave all of his and her personal information, including social security numbers, etc, etc.

He says that after providing all the aforementioned information. he sent 800.00 online which was supposed to cover the fees for consolidation of the student loans. He says that he has had difficulty getting in touch with the supposed company. He sent his emails to be attached to the report.

Mr. Risinger is clear that he needs to freeze their credit records and also to close the bank account he used to send the money.

Police were notified by staff of Enterprise Rental Car that a Ford F150 was returned, and while cleaning it a pink 9mm Pistol was found in the glove box. Police responded and checked the pistol SCCY 9mm S/N 166948 and found it to be no stolen in Chattanooga. However at this time an owner could not be verified electronically. The last renter of the F150 was a Rena Stone (W/F and her information was added to the property sheet in comments but not as owner until proof of ownership can be provided. Pistol was left with Chattanooga Property as found property with no further police action.

The victim said that she received a call at 11:57 am from Ph# from a strange person (male) saying that their name was Officer David Brown Badge# SSA476PW with SSA. He then told her there was Fraudulent activity on her Social Security Number (SSN) in Alabama where fraudulent bank accounts had been opened. He then stated there is currently a warrant for her arrest and if she didn’t answer his questions correctly, she would be arrested in 40 min. Also, he said that the FBI and CIA were involved. She was then abruptly transferred to another person who asked for her banking account info including account #’s and routing #’s, etc. She said she gave up all the bank info because she was scared. After hanging up, she said her partner told her this was a scam. She then called her bank (Regions) and closed her accounts afterwards. This report was taken by phone.

Both subjects are homeless and are running signs. It was suggested both subjects cease current activity and relocate off the Interstate. Both subjects were cooperative and left without incident.

The unknown suspect(s) managed to take her debit card, H&R Block savings card, her driver's License, and $100 cash from her wallet. The suspect(s) are still unknown at this time. I told Ms. Payne to start canceling the cards as well, the complaint card that I gave her needs to be with her while she tries to get a new driver's license. I was not able to find any latent prints on the vehicle. Nothing further at this time.

Police spoke with complainant Jayeshkumar Patel who stated a female party currently in room 111 resembled a party that Mr. Patel knows to be trespassed from the Motel 6 located at this address but could not provide police the females name.

Police spoke to Falisha Duque in room 111 who stated that she had never stayed at this location before and has not been trespassed. Police verified Ms. Duque's identity and that she had not been previously trespassed.

Police then spoke with Richard Gray who was also occupying the room. Police verified Mr. Gray's identity. No further police action required at this time.

Upon arrival I made contact with Ms. Angelene Hargraves, victim, who stated her friend ( "Carissa Hawes") had stolen her vehicle. Ms. Hargraves stated she had let Ms. Hawes borrow her vehicle in the past but when she asked her to return the vehicle Ms. Hawes's response was that she is going to travel to Alabama and then to Florida. Ms. Hargraves stated since she has asked for the vehicle to be returned, Ms. Hawes has blocked her number and all forms of communication. I attempted to find further information about Ms. Hawes with the provided information from Ms. Hargraves, but was not able to find any identifying information to obtain a warrant. I then place the vehicle into NCIC as stolen Nic #V302339210. Ms. Hargraves did have paper work and the vehicle's title proving ownership when I took this report.

On 09/22/2020 at 21:52 hours, Officer Gross (84850) reported a verbal disorder at 7408 Bonny Oaks Dr. Police spoke with Jesse Sargent who was viewed by police refusing to move out of the drive through lane at the Windys restaurant at this location. Police made contact with Jesse Sargent who stated that he was refusing to leave the drive through line and was on the phone with Wendy's corporate complaint line due to refusal to serve.

Police directed Mr. Sargent to park his vehicle out of the drive through line. Police verified Mr. Sargent's identity.

Police then spoke with complainant Asia Jones who stated that Mr. Sargent was not refused service, he was unable to be served due to shift change.

Wendy's employees stated that they did not wish to trespass Mr. Sargent from the premises.

On 09/23/2020 at 10:45 hours, PIT McMahan (61444) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 1314 Northview Ct at the victim's home. The victim said that he left his vehicle parked at home at about 5 or 6 pm on 9/21/20 (Mon) and it was unlocked. The vehicle stayed parked there until 11 pm last night when he discovered that the glovebox had been emptied and several items were stolen from it. This report was taken by phone.

On 09/23/2020 at 10:45 hours, Officer RUSS (62879) responded to a Property Found at 3117 Parker Ln. While doing a Field Interview on an Andrew Santora and Amy Soloff for being possible suspects in a stolen Honda Accord, the owner of the Honda responded to 3117 Parker Lane to retrieve his vehicle title that Mr. Santora had in his possession. While there getting his vehicle title, there was a TN ID located in the recovered Honda Accord. Police retrieved the TN ID that beloned to Ensley Nancy Renae Pearson ) and turned it into property. No further action taken.

On 09/23/2020 at 10:16 hours, Officer C. Glenn (60757) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 7751 Holiday Hills Cir.

I spoke with Mr. Harris by phone. He says that sometime after 2300 hours last night, an unknown party broke into his 2004 Jeep Cherokee. He says the vehicle was locked and believes the unknown used a slim jim to gain entry as he found no damage to it.

He says that the unknown riffled all through the vehicle scattering things about. He says that the unknown stole his Glock 26 9mm and an extra magazine, both with 15 rounds each. He is clear to call back once he is able to obtain the serial number.

At 1310 hours, Mr.. Harris called in with the serial number for the firearm. The firearm has been entered in NCIC # G95512364.

On 09/23/2020 at 12:15 hours, Officer Smith, Zachary (77584) reported a memo at 3403 1st Ave. Upon arriving to a call of an unconscious party, I located Steven Brownfield in his vehicle. Brownfield was checked out by EMS and determined to be ok. He had no warrants or valid drivers license. I explained to him that he needed someone to come move the vehicle for him and he stated he wouldn't drive. Nothing follows.

On 09/23/2020 at 12:09 hours, PIT McMahan (61444) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 1106 E 10th St at the Delta Zeta Sorority House. The victim said that she left her vehicle parked in the lot behind the house last Monday night and she last saw it at 6:15 or 6:30 pm. She said that the vehicle was possibly left unlocked but she's not sure. When she got back to vehicle at about 10:50 am this morning, she discovered that one of the doors was partially open and someone had gotten about $7 change out of it but there was no damage. This report was taken by phone.

At that time I observed three flat tires on the vehicle. Ms. Callaghan stated that she believed a Tonya Whiteford (W/F) was at fault although she could not prove it. Ms. Callaghan pointed out to police where the "slashes" were, although it was unclear if there was any damage. Nothing further to report at this time.

Upon arrival I met with all three parties: Ms. London Johnson, Ms. Kayla Dewees, and Mr. Ryan Harris Thomas. All three parties stated that Ms. Johnson has been letting the other two stay at her place and is now wanting them to vacate the premises. There was no written lease statement for Ms. Dewees and Mr. Thomas. We all came to an agreement that Ms. Dewees and Mr. Thomas could have 7 days (until 09/30/2020) to vacate the residence, and if they needed to leave any big items there until they are completely settled they could. On 09/23/2020 at 18:10 hours, Officer C. Darling responded to a Shoplifting at 490 Greenway View Dr. (Walmart) LP Employee Timothy Dunn and I observed Gregory Levi conceal items. Gregory Levi was then observed passing all points of sale without paying for the item. Gregory Levi was then detained and escorted to the LP office. Once at the LP office Mr. Levi was issued and signed a ban/trespass forum. Mr. Levi was found to be in possession of the Walmart property and at that time it was turned over to Walmart. Mr. Levi was then formally banned from Walmart property. Walmart chose not to prosecute in this matter. No further

On 09/23/2020 at 18:25 hours, Officer Aaron Smith (83695) responded to a Shoplifting at 7421 Commons Blvd. Upon arrival, police spoke with Ms. Erlene Deeter, the AP Manager at the Home Depot. She stated that an unknown suspect (w/f, blonde hair, heavy set, tank top, shorts) had entered the store, taken three socket and wrench sets (valued at $100) and exited the store via thefront door with the merchandise without paying for it. Ms. Deeter stated the suspect then got into a black Mazda sedan, driven by a thin white male, and left the scene prior to police arrival. There is no further suspect information at this time. Police responded to an alarm at the above stated location. Once on scene police located Mr. Richard Thurman in a dumpster directly next to the building. At this point police detained Mr. Thurman and ran him for active warrants with negative findings. At thistime police attempted to contact a responsible person for the above stated location without success. Police at this time informed Mr. Thurman he was not welcome at this location and was trespassed. At this time Mr. Thurman was told if he returned he would be arrested. At this point Mr. Thurman was released and left the scene.

He says that he talked to Amazon and they would not disclose any information to him. He says that he is yet to contact Rapid Pay regarding this illegal transaction. He says that he is out this amount of money due to this incident.

He says that the unknown also entered his Jeep Gladiator and stole theremote control to the winch on the front of it. He says that there was no damage as both vehicles were unlocked.

The caller, Brandon Collins (Maintenance Manager, Evergreen Apts), stated that last night, an unknown suspect gained entry to a vacant apartment using a window. In the process of entry, the unknown suspect damaged the window screen. Upon inspection, Mr. Collins stated that the suspect fled the scene in a red colored sedan. There is no other suspect information at this time.

Upon arrival I met with the complainant, Mr. Patrick Sims, who stated that he believes that there are people out to get him. He stated it started with an email from his old co-worker, Mr. Ernie Melton, who was stating his grievances with former President Barack Obama. Mr. Sims stated that he took the email as threatening, even though there was no direct threats made to Mr. Sims or about the former President. Mr. Sims when onto say that he believes people are watching his house and asked to be added to the Watch List. I added Mr. Sims to the Watch list and no further action required.

Upon arrival, I spoke with Monika Patel who informed me a suspect broke into a room by damaging a lock. When security encountered the suspect in the room, he fled on foot towards Brainerd Road. The suspect was described as a short black male with black shorts and a black shirt. I canvassed the area and was unable to locate any person matching that description.

I spoke with Mr. Thompson by phone. He says that somehow, an unknown party got his Way To Go master card number and put it on a blank card. He says that he does not know how the number was obtained. He says that on 16 Sept. 2020, an unknown party made three transactions at an ATM in Houston Texas. He says the ATM location is not known.

He says that the first transaction was a balance inquiry for $0.50, the second was for $403.00 and the last was $23.00, He says that these transactions emptied his unemployment debit card. He says that he contacted Way To GO and they only recently sent him the paperwork to file a claim. He says that the paperwork requires a police report to be attached.

On 09/24/2020 at 14:30 hours, Officer Moser (60250) responded to a Other Theft/Non-Specific at 7705 Lee Hwy. I spoke to Michelle Brown whom is the manager of the Waffle House at this location. Mrs. Brown stated the Business is under construction and according to the security video footage, on Sunday 09/20/20 around 1400 hrs a pickup truck came onto the property and backed up to the bucket attachment for the Bobcat that is being used. The video shows 3 unknown males get out of the truck and pick up the metal bucket attachment and put it into the bed of the truck and then drive away.

The suspect were dressed like construction workers and one had an orange t-shirt on with a construction hard helmet and the other two suspects were wearing yellow t-shirts.

The t-shirts look like what construction workers would wear on job sites.

Ms. Annette stated Kevin is typically drinking and consistently makes a scene while doing so. Annette stated Kevin was upset and was in a verbal disorder with multiple people inside the residence. I spoke to Mr. Brooks who stated he does not have debit card and wants her out of the room. I spoke to security of the above location who also stated one of the parties need to leave.The room was register to Mr. Brooks to which Ms. Stallings agreed to leave the premises. Nothing further.

An anonymous caller called in stating that a woman walking a dog had pulled a large knife out while she drove by her. When I made contact with the party, Charlotte Jones, and her friend, Laura Roberts, she stated that she was walking her dog to McKamey's Animal shelter to talk aboutsurrendering her dog. On 09/25/2020 at 17:00 hours, Officer S Martin (78348) responded to a Vandalism at Regal Cinemas, 2000 Hamilton Place Blvd. On the morning of 09/25/2020, Victoria Stanewich noticed that her maroon Nissan Altima was vandalized. I observed that the word"slut" was scratched into the driver's door of the vehicle. Ms. Stanewich suspects that the vandalism occurred while she was parked at either Regal Cinemas or Dave and Busters on 09/24/2020. The vehicle was parked at Regal Cinemas from approximately 1230 to 1530 hours on 09/24/2020, and parked at Dave and Busters from 1530 hours to 1630 hours. Ms. Stanewich suspects that she did not notice the damage that evening due to the heavy rainfall that day. Ms. Stanewich suspects that her boyfriend's ex-girlfriend, Kourtney Waters, committed the vandalism. Ms. Waters was reportedly upset that Ms. Stanewich was dating her ex-boyfriend. Although, there is currently no evidence to implicate Ms. Waters. No further.

On 09/25/2020 at 17:35 hours, Officer Dropp (675) reported a memo at 6497 E Brainerd Rd. Officers made contact with April Jackson by phone. She stated that she has a storage unit that she rents at the above location. Ms. Jackson stated that she received a phone call from an employee at this location, Danielle. She stated that the employee told her that Mr. Corey Devaughn had come to this location and requested access to the storage unit that Ms. Jackson rents. Ms. Jackson stated that the employee told her that when Mr. Devaughn was denied access to the storage unit, he became irate and stated "I'm going to kill her" and "she's going to regret that".

Ms. Jackson stated that she has an active TPO against Mr. Devaughn, and she requested that the incident just be documented. At this time, officers cannot take out warrants for a violation of the TPO because the statements made by Mr. Devaughn were not communicated directly to Ms. Jackson, and he did not tell the employee at the location to communicate the message to her. On 09/25/2020 at 18:50 hours, Officer K. THOMAS (80763) responded to a Shoplifting at 2220 Hamilton Place Blvd. Upon arrival to the above location, police met with complainant, Mr. Carl Banner, which is the manager at Academy Sports, who stated that he had 2 female parties shoplift from his store. Mr. Banner stated that the 2 black females entered the store and continued to place approximately $500 worth of Nike clothing in their purses. Mr. Banner stated that the females left the scene around 1759 hours in black Ford SUV (Tn: ). Images of the suspects will be attached in the photo section of this report as well as sent out department wide in hopes of identifying. Nothing further to report at this time.

On 09/25/2020 at 19:00 hours, Officer Michael Ortiz (83692) reported a memo at 950 Riverside Dr. Emily Venzeia called police stating that a blue Ford Explorer, occupied by possibly a hispanic male, was parked in the apartment complex parking lot for 45 minutes. This male continued to park in different locations of the parking lot. This male also would exit the vehicle and walk around the building, possibly looking inside apartments. This party then left before police could arrive. Ms. Venzeia is the manager at this location and just wanted to document this as they have other buildings under construction where someone could possibly steal appliances. Nothing further.

On 09/25/2020 at 20:05 hours, Officer J. Fincher (84846) responded to a Credit Card/ATM Fraud at 3604 Brainerd Rd. Police made contact with Latonya Coe who stated she dropped her debit card at an auto parts store in the area. Ms. Coe stated she was still in the area when an unauthorized purchase of $55 was made at the Kankus at this location at 1955 hrs. Ms. Coe stated she drove to the area and saw Albert Taylor with her card. Ms. Coe stated she retrieved her card and called for police. Police spoke with Mr. Taylor who stated he did not make any purchases with the credit card. Mr. Taylor stated he found the card at the local autoparts store and then he gave the card to someone else. Police saw video footage starting at 1955 hrs of Mr. Taylor standing near one of the gas pumps at this location. Police did not see Mr. Taylor swipe the credit card at the gas pump. Police observed another black male approach the gas pump and then begin to pump gas. Police spoke with employees at the Kankus who stated Mr. Taylordid not enter the gas station. Police do not have any other information on the male party who used the gas pump. No further

On 09/25/2020 at 20:32 hours, Officer S. Long (79892) responded to a Shoplifting at 4355 Highway 58. Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant, Ms. Erica Richardson, who is an employee with Speedway. Ms. Richardson stated that they had a shoplifter steal three 24packs of Bud Light beer valued at a total of $75. Ms. Richardson showed me a photo from surveillance cameras of the suspect and it is the same suspect that also stole from them before, under complaint #20-095193. Photos included. Speedway wishes to prosecute. No further at this time.

On 09/25/2020 at 22:47 hours I, Officer Wolff #1006 was traveling west on W 38th St when I observed a silver sedan run the red light at Alton Park Blvd / W 38th St. The vehicle continued traveling at a high rate of speed. I initiated my emergency equipment to perform a traffic stop at W 43rd St / Ohls Ave. While calling the traffic stop out on my radio the vehicle stopped but then evaded. I searched the area afterwords and found the vehicle abandoned at 500 W 47th St. The vehicle was registered to Mr. Edward Raines at Hixson TN. Officer Simpson went to that address to make contact with the owner but was unsuccessful. Inside the vehicle was women's clothing as well as a work badge with the name of picture of Unity Johnson, and a cell phone. The vehicle was towed by Shackleford Towing. If the driver of the vehicle is identified they will be charged with Red Light Law, and Felony Evading. Nothing further at this time.

Dagostino (82257) responded to a suspicious person at 3745 Bonny Oaks Dr. An anonymous party reported seeing a male party in shorts with no shoes on the side of the road. I made contact with this party who I identified as Charles Dupree, it showed that Mr. Dupree has a possible warrant out of Georgia. It was confirmed through dispatch that the warrant was non-extraditable. Mr. Dupree was transported to his friend's home at 2605 Wilder St without incident. Nothing further to report.

On 09/26/2020 at 11:05 hours, Officer M Pollard (63828) reported a memo at 6925 Lee Hwy.

Ms. Perez was told that she was no longer allowed on the premises. If she were to return, she would be arrested for criminal trespassing. She left the property without incident. I also extended additional assistance to Ms. Perez, which she declined. Ms. Perez has a warrant out of Georgia for Failure to Appear (Criminal Trespassing). It was not extraditable.

Multiple officers have been out with Ms. Perez. We have offered assistance, and she has on multiple occasions refused assistance. I told her to go ahead and leave the area.

7421 Commons Blvd20-097547 9/26/2020 11:20:00AM 23C Shoplifting

On 09/26/2020 at 11:34 hours, Officer Moser (60250) responded to a Shoplifting at 7421 Commons Blvd. I spoke to Earlene Deeter whom works as an LP employee for Home Depot.Mrs. Deeter who stated a w/m came into the business and was observed selecting a wrench from the sales area and concealing it on his person. The male then exited past all points of sale when Mrs. Deeter stopped him and was able to get the tool back.

Mrs. Deeter stated she was going to trespass the male but he would not give her his information and ran to his bicycle that was laying in front of the business and he left the scene.

At this time the male's information is unknown.

On 09/26/2020 at 11:40 hours, I Officer B.Smith (061120) observed a suspicious person begging for money at the entranceway to the Walmart Store located at 3550 Cummings Hwy. The Police got out with the person who had a Colorado ID Card # his name was Mr. Jack J Larock Jr. . The person said he was traveling trough town and was on his way to North Carolina, a background check for warrants was conducted and a few in Colorado and Florida were located, but none would extradite. The suspect refused a ride to the Community Kitchen, but he did request a ride east towards I-75. The police assisted Mr. Larock and gave him a ride to 4900 Brainerd Rd and dropped him off at the Circle K Convenience Store. No other Police action was needed.

On 09/26/2020 at 14:00 hours, Officer Veloz 603 reported a memo at 4715 Metro Park Ln. Upon arrival to the scene, I located the complainent named Florence Leffew. Florence explained to me that she just recently removed her daughter from her home. However, before her daughter left, her daughter took items that were not hers. Ms. Florence explained that Charla Reed, took some dishes, some blankets, silverware and Christmas decorations. She stated that her daughter took these items when she was moving out. I am going to present this situation to a magistrate to see if it will reach the level for a warrant. However, at this time there is no proof that the items taken were stolen or if they were Charla's to begin with when she moved into the home two years prior. If so I'll update this narrative. Nothing further.

Then he spoke about his phone not attacking right, because someone keeps messing with him. He stated he was on multiple medication. Medic 15 arrived on scene and he refused to get some help. Mr. Gilliland was responsive to the questions given by Medic and he was not suicidal. Nothing further.

At the time of arrival, officers made contact with Mr. William Newman, who wanted to make a miscellaneous report in regards to suspicious activity. He stated he and his wife are currently going through a divorce and he located a GSP tracker on his White GMC Yukon. He stated he wanted officers to write a report documenting this for future court dates. Officers observed the tracker on the frame behind the rear passenger tire which was secured by a magnet in a black plastic Pelican-like case. It was a SPYTEC IMEI 015181002195031.Nothing further.

On 09/26/2020 at 19:35 hours, Officer Gross (84850) reported a disorder at 2351 Shallowford Village Dr. Police spoke with complainant Kelly Daniels who works for the Sleep Inn at this address. Ms. Daniels stated that an unknown B/F (wearing a red shirtand white pants) who was not a guest at the hotel entered the lobby to use the restroom. The hotel restrooms display signs stating out of order, the unknown female relieved herself outside of the female restroom in the corner of the hallway. The female then left on foot in the direction of Mccutcheon Rd.Hotel staff had cleaned the majority of the urine before police arrived. Police searched the surrounding area but were unable to locate the female party. Nothing further at this time.

On 09/26/2020 at 21:18 hours, Officer S. Montana (84854) responded to a Shoplifting at 3604 Brainerd Rd. Upon my arrival, I spoke with complainant Ashit Kadakia. He stated a black male came in to the store, took four bottles of Hennessy, and passed the point of sales without paying. Mr. Kadakia was able to get one of the bottles back. The unknown male left in a silver SUV Volvo. RJV Liquor was able to provide footage of the incident. I am unable to identify the suspect. Nothing further.
