You will own the delivery of the technology, with agile experience in this fast moving and ever changing environment. Their company culture encourages creative thinking, initiative taking and the production of work that pushes the limits of platforms and sets a benchmark for quality. Successful applicants will be enthusiastic, have excellent communications skills, and a determined ‘can do’ approach to work. This is an incredibly fast moving environment to work in, with rapid iterations, and industry changing tools being used. You must be an exceptional manager, focused on delivery, being able to discus and resolve issues with a strong emphasis on developing code, which is scalable and easy to maintain. Working on revolutionary, living-room device technology. Ranging from cutting edge tabletPCs, Smartphones, Gaming consoles, set-top-boxes, and TVs, there isn’t really a more exciting place to work.
As Technical Project Manager you must;
Masters in computer science or related technical discipline
Experience with embedded video clients for Games Consoles, IPTV, STB, or mobile
Experience with video playback, encoding, DRM, and packaging
Solid experience of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry, including hands-on management of large, cross-functional software efforts.
An excellent negotiator to be able to communicate and discuss issues and bug fixes with senior engineers internationally.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
Focused around Delivery
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Deep technical expertise and strong analytical skills are a must
