Bespoke Items:

- Shelving and storage behind the bar is to be

manufactured from shaped boards of 15mm

Plywood finished with black paint. The shelves are

to be of Wenge wood finished with clear AC

lacquer.

- The sideboards / dividers are to be manufactured

from shaped boards of 15mm Plywood finished

with black paint.

- The curved bar body, shelves and plinth is to be

constructed from Grey Vlachromat finished with a

clear AC lacquer to give a darker, satin finish. The

bar's worktop is manufactured from Wenge wood

finished with a clear AC lacquer. The bar front is to

be upholstered with Sanderson's Orlando Velvet

(gold & plum).

Wall Panelling:

- The wall panelling is to be made up of tongue and

groove burnt wood panelling (left unfinished).

Structure:

- The columns, spiral staircase and banisters are to

be finished in Iron Grey glossy paint to RAL 7011.

- The flooring is as before, made good.

- The plastered walls are to be painted to match

Papyrus White RAL 9018.
