INDIVIDUALLY PACKAGED 2.5, 3.0, 4.5 and 6.5mm Compression and 2.2mm Snap Off Screws comprise a comprehensive offering of screw fixation for Foot and Ankle surgery. Both the Compression and Snap Off Screws are delivered in STERILE, cylindrical cases enclosing a series of capped sleeves. The exterior cap releases a sterile interior sleeve with subsequent cap. On release of the second cap, the sterile screw is presented on a sterile sheath for the OR.
Each Screw package includes a series of self-adhesive labels for convenient and comprehensive implant TRACEABILITY for hospital and patient records.
Each sterile screw package is easily identifiable by style, diameter and length on the color-coded end cap.

Attach Implant Driver into the handle
Align corresponding Driver Head [see chart for Screw Size / Screw tip] with Driver Handle using T shape to verify proper positioning. Securely snap Driver shaft into locked position [double snap]. Driver shaft releases by compressing tab on rear of Handle.
Implant can be measured either on K-wire or with the Depth Gauge.
In2Bone’s NeoSys single use instruments are specially designed for precision and to resist torsional stress, as well as to ensure efficiency and convenience during surgery. Each instrument has been manufactured from recyclable polymer. Implant connection tips are grade 1 stainless steel.
Drivers are cannulated with an open window to allow K-wireremoval. Corresponding Screw diameters are imprinted on each Driver shaft. Driver can be used either with the handle or with a power drill equipped with an AO attachment.
Implant Measurer and Depth Gauge attachment are provided.

The Head should be embedded into the cortical surface to obtain optimal compression / fixation.Remove the K-wire after insertion.

Note:In osteoporotic bone, it may be necessary to manually release the barrel as it reaches cortical bone. A gentle forward rotation of the Driver handle or use of a forceps will hasten snap off. Manual tightening is recommended in these situations.
