WHEREAS, the Note is secured by and oaraphed "Ne Varietur" for identification with an Act of Collateral Mortgage, Collateral Chattel Mortgage, Pledge and Assignment of Production dated as of September 26,1985, in the amount of Nine Hundred Million and No/100 Dollars ($900,000,000.00), bearing against certain property described therein (the "Mortgage") passed before Ty Patterson McCann, Notary Public; and

WHEREAS, the Mortgage has been recorded as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purpose*; and

WHEREAS, the Trustees are the last holders ofthe Note; and

NOW, THEREFORE, Trustees presented the Note to me. Notary, as cancelled and a qui tted and the Trustees grant a full and complete release of the Mortgage and hereby authorise and direct the Clerk of the Court and Ex-Officio
