iRemit accepts payments for SSS, PAGIBIG,

PhilHealth, and Real Estate Companies


Over-the Counter and Cash Remittance

Payment Procedure Step 1: The customer goes to an I-Remit Office and informs

the teller that he/she will remit payment for MAJOR

HOLDINGS

Step 2: Customer fills out a Remitter Information Form (RIF)

and present 2 valid IDs.

Step 3: Customer fills out a Remitter Application Form (RAF).

Step 4: Customer informs the teller of the amount of payment

in PhP currency, which shall be converted to local currency

using the day’s prevailing rate.

Example:

The monthly amortization payment is PhP 10,000.

If the client pays in Hong Kong, the client shall pay

HKD 1,813.99 in iRemit’s Foreign Office (given that the

exchange rate on the date of transaction is

PhP 5.5127 : HKD 1) PLUS a minimal service fee.

iRemit will remit the full PhP 10,000 to the Real Estate Company.

Payment will be credited on the same day.

A COLLECTION REPORT is sent DAILY to the Real Estate Company.

Cut-off for daily reported payments is 12:00 noon.
