I tomato pesto(serves4): Peeland

grate 4 garlic cloves, 1 tspfinely-grated lemon zest,

 juice of 1 lemon and 8 tbspvery finely chopped fresh

basil leaves with 200g/7ozQuark soft cheese. Season

well with salt and blackpepper and blend untilsmooth. Stir the sauceintocooked linguine and garnish

with quartered midi vine

tomatoes and basil leaves.

DINNERSSpky lamb kebabs: Makea paste by mixing ground

cumin, paprika, crushedgarlic, finely chopped parsley

and coriander with a little

grated onion and lemon juice. Cut lean lamb into bitesized

piecesand thread with

chunks of mixed peppersonto skewers.Brushover the

paste and grill or barbecue,turning occasionally,basting

with remaining paste. Servewith cucumber and tomato

salad and couscous or rice.

Herbftgariklwith chips and salad: Smotherchicken breasts in a mixture of

chopped herbs,seasoningand garlicand spray with Fry Light Bakein

hot oven until tender. Cut potatoesinto chunky chips and parboil. When

softened, drain, shakethem up to
