Even after 22-years in Marketing Communications I continue to be surprised by how complicated the so-called experts make the concept of getting more customers. I excused it whilst working in Australia’s largest advertising agency for 10-years; but started to get agitated by it as the Marketing Manager for the country’s largest travel agency group.
