Sortimo by Knapheide has many different types and sizes of BOXXes to meet your organization needs. BOXXes are secured into tracks on the shelves that hold them in place when the vehicle is in motion.

Having the ability to remove the BOXXes from the vehicle and take them with you to the jobsite allows you to be organized inside the vehicle and out.

Since custom design solutions are developed on an individual basis, they will typically be priced higher than an Exxpand solution and will have a product lead time of 4-12 weeks. Protexx Partitions divide your work van into two separate zones: the passenger area, which doubles as a mobile office, and the cargo area for storing parts and tools. In the event of an unplanned stop, Protexx Partitions offer an extra level of safety and security. Partitions are contoured to fit each van and conform to the B-pillar trim and headliner in the van.

• Reduces the amount of noise in the passenger area of the van coming from items in the cargo area. This creates a safer and more comfortable environment for the driver.

• Heat or cool just the passenger area rather than the entire van.

• Allows for full seat travel and a reasonable amount of seat recline. This is especially important for driver comfort in smaller vans.

Shelf Staxx are a lightweight, durable van shelving system that creates an organizational solution for your van. The modular design allows for flexibility in both configuration and layout. Shelf Staxx’s modern appearance compliments both the current and new generation of commercial vans.

• Lightweight – Fiberglass, pultruded end panels have a very strong strength-to-weight ratio and is the same process that is used to make the ladder rails on fiberglass ladders. Shelf Staxx are typically 25-30 percent lighter than a traditional steel shelving unit of comparable size.

• Modular – The modular design approach allows for the ability to mix and match different Shelf Staxx modules when configuring your van. Shelf Staxx are universal and are designed to work across multiple van makes and models.

Warranty and Limitation of LiabilitySortimo By Knapheide warrants its van interior equipment to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service for a period of three years or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, after the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser, when installed by an authorized Sortimo By Knapheide Distributor and/or Sortimo By Knapheide upfit facility. Products not installed by an authorized Sortimo By Knapheide Distributor and/or Sortimo By Knapheide upfit facility will not be subject to any warranty whatsoever and ANY AND

ALL WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER RELATIVE TO SUCH SALES ARE HEREBY FULLY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
