Modifications Requested

• UDO Section 12-7.7 F "Minimum Buffer Standards,"  – Would not have to provide a 10 foot buffer yard and fence between the Mixed

Use and General Commercial sites. • UDO Section 12-5.4 "Non-Residential Dimensional

Standards" – Front setback for the restaurant would be reduced to provide a consistent

building line with the Multi-Family• UDO Section 12-7.13 “Traffic Impact Analysis”

– The TIA would be assessed with the Site Plan if required.
