My name is Geoff Poore and as Chairman of Hertfordshire & North London DA I would like to welcome you to our annual Mayday meet. This year our theme is “GREASE”. Please join in as many of the activities as you can and dance the

night away to our live band “Just for Kicks”.So let yourselves go, have a fun Bank Holiday weekend with us and remember, Grease is the word……

The Chairman’s Charity for this year is the Herts and Essex Air Ambulance.

Saturday10:00am American pancake

making for childrenPlease come and join us in the Hertford High for an American pancake event. The children will be able to add multiple toppings to their freshly made pancakes and then eat them. Parents may be “lucky enough” to taste them too. Please bring plate & cutlery.

7:00pm Grease night at Hertford High

Please come and join us in the Hertford High for the evening, children are welcome to join us.We look forward to seeing some of you in your 1950’s or Grease outfits

8:00pm “Just for Kicks” We will be entertained by “Just for Kicks” that will help us rock the night. Get your dancing shoes on and join us on the dance floor.Sunday9:00am-10:00am Breakfast

RollsPlease come and join us in the Hertford High for tea and coffee, bring your own mugs. Breakfast rolls will be served to those who order them on Friday.

2:00pm Graduation FairPlease come and join us at the graduation fair. There will be a few free sideshows with instant prizes for you all to have a go. There will be free fair favourites like hot dogs, popcorn and Candy Floss plus an unmissable event at 2:20pmWe look forwarding to seeing you all enjoying the fun of the fair….

7:00pm Social in Hertford HighPlease come and join us in the Hertford High for the evening, children are welcome to join us. This evening we will also be holding a “Grease” themed quiz, but it is not all just about the film.Monday11:00am Coffee Morning

Please come and join us in the Hertford High for a coffee morning. We will provide the tea, coffee and biscuits, you bring your mugs.We will complete the raffle and prize giving during the coffee morning.After the coffee morning any help taking down the party tents would be much appreciated.

Site closes at 4pm but we would love to see you all again soon at one of our future meets.
