feet of floor area on a 6,321 square foot interior parcel. Measurements taken during the property inspection of each level supports the

total building square footage as shown on the assessor tax roll of 16,144 square feet. There are two full floors and two other levels called

mezzanines. These floors alternate with a 1st floor, mezzanine level, 2nd floor, and mezzanine level. The 1st and 2nd floors cover the
