hesitantweweretogiveanybodyanymoremoney!Weaskedforandreceivedreferences,andcalledthemall.Ifranklystillwasn’tconvinced.Whoknew?MaybethepeopleontheotherendofthephoneweresittingatanotherdeskatWesley,youknow?Butwefinallytooktheplunge.Itwasnotpleasant,ittooktime,butwefollowedWesley’sadviceandafterafewmonths,WyndhamofferedusaDeedinLieuofForeclosureandwewereoutfromunderover$2,000/monthintimesharedebt.Althoughtheydidnotpromiseit,Wesleythoughtwemightgetsomemoneyback.Wedidnot.Ittookafewmonthsafterthedeedsurrendertogetourcreditcleaned,butaftergentlyremindingWyndham,thatfinallyhappenedaswell.Wehavesinceevencalledour“Wesleyman”andaskedforotheradviceandhehascompliedreadily.WeareexceptionallygladthatwedecidedtotakethechanceonWesley.–LarryandTerryF.–Madison,AL

In some cases the sales person became ratherhostile.Oncewhenwetoldthesalespersonthatthehourwasupandthatwewereleavingshebecamequiteanxiousandtolduswecouldnotleaveuntilshefinishedthepresentation.Ifwedidshewouldloseherjob.Whenwebegantoinquireaboutgettingoutofthetimesharecontractwewereledtobelievethattherewasnowaytodothisandwecouldpassourownershipontoourheirs.Weweregettingphonecallsfromindividualswhoeitherclaimedtohavepeoplewaningtouseourpoints,ortheyhadabuyerwhowantedourtimeshares.WewerealsoreceivingcallsandlettersfromcompaniesofferingtohelpusgetoutofourWyndhamcontract.Weattendedoneofthesepresentationsbutwewerenotconvinced.Theirfeewas$2000.00graterthanwhatyouyouquoted.WhenwereceivedacallfromarepresentativeofWesleyFinancialGrouptheytoldusaboutthesuccessestheywerehavinginhelpingtheirclientscanceltheirWyndhamcontractsandofferedtosendusinformationaboutWesleyFinancialgroupandwhat theycoulddo forus. After reviewing theirmaterialwedecided tobegin theprocess.
