If you want to make a wish thisChristmas season, here’s your chance todo so. Come and visit the Fever
Tree of Wishes by Fever Entertainment atDLF Place, Saket. The tree, which is about70-feet-tall, has become a landmark ofattraction, ever since its installation onWednesday.
The base of the spiral-shaped silver nettree rests on a castle made of animitation of red bricks. All you need to dois buy a helium balloon, priced at R100from the venue, write your wish on it, go inside the castle and then release it.
The first balloon was released bychildren of a Delhi-based NGO. The tree,which is decorated by silver and goldenbells and artificial leaves, has made quitesome heads turn at the mall. “The tree is awonderful concept! I hope my wish comestrue,” says Raman Agarwal, a college stu-dent.
Other events lined up include a jig ses-sion by Punjabi pop singer Ashok Masti,story telling sessions, a puppet show andmagic shows at regular intervals throughout the day.
The most sought after event will be thesession with Radio Jockey Khurafati Nitin.Various NGOs from across the city, alongwith other known faces, are expected topay a visit to the event.
Girls dressed like fairies and Santa withcandies add to the fun element. The tree,which will be in its full glory when illumi-nated at night , can also be seen at TheForum Mall in Bengaluru.
