DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEADER AND BOSS.

BOSS command people, LEADER educate them. BOSS depend on authority, LEADER on co-operation. BOSS use threat, LEADER raise spirit. BOSS looking for scapegoat for his/her mistakes,

LEADER find out the way to correct the mistakes. LEADER get a result because of his/her good

relationship, not because of his/her command, only a BOSS give orders, LEADER don’t.

from other. We have to attract the people after

giving them different environment.

Come in opp place/office before arrival of your prospectus. Give him reception with smiling face. You should wait for your new prospectus. He should not wait for you.

1). You have seen the dark green tree, why it is green because the leaves produce the chlorophyll the tree needs,are the leaves the most important part of the tree?

2). And the branches of the tree, is the channel to bring the water to every part of the tree, to every leaves that need the water to be able for the leaves to produce chlorophyll under the sunshine, are the branches the most important part of the tree?

3). The roots in ground is also very important. Although you can not see it, the roots are working to absorb the water in the ground to keep the tree alive! Without roots, a tree can’t live! The stronger the roots are, the bigger the tree is!

IF WE COMPARE THE TREE WITH TIANSHI BUSINESS, WE COME TO KNOW THAT:

1). The roots are the management of the company.

2). The branches are the leader of the company.3). The leaves are the distributor of the company. So all

the parts should work for each other. If sales of our teams become double, our commission

will also be double. Does the salaries of the management staff will be double? Defiantly NO! so leaders are getting more benefits as compare to management staff of the company.

Tianshi hire the management staff for our support. So Tianshi want to support us, we should also support ourselves.

UP LINE RELATION

Up line is the person who guide us towards this life changing opportunity, he is our teacher, in our society teacher is said to be spiritual father. He is right or wrong we have to respect him.

To respect the up line, is very beneficial for us. The ratio of benefit is more than 1::100. To get respect from down line we should respect our up line.

While introducing your up line to your new guest and prospects, use highly respectable words for him.

We should care our down line/teams as we care our children.

Down line/team are the source of income.We get income because of their existence.

What and how we behave our new teams,it would be duplicate in future. So while developing new teams, we should think on different angles each and every aspect of a activity. In this system small things are big things and big things are small things.

SIDE LINE RELATION.

Side line is helpful to create the positive and unique environment.

If we take care of our sidelines some body will also care our teams, which is the side line for them.

Side line can play vital role in cross motivation of our teams. Some time distributors are not giving importance/following their up line, few minutes sharing of side line would change their decision.

In this business you will face negative things and positive things. Some leader don’t know how to handle them. They kill their teams with their own hands. Following are the rules to handle positive and negative things:

All the positive thing we should discuss with our down line, sideline, up line and the management.

All the negative things should be discuss with your up line and management.

If you discuss negative things with your down line or side line, it means you are giving them poison.
