For Upload Video by Lecturer.

1. Open URL http://lectures.gtu.ac.in/ and Click on Login Link.

2. Click on “Register Now” if first time user.

3. Enter Email and mobile then click on Login Button. It will send confirmation in your entered

email and mobile-SMS. Please check you’re Email/SMS.

4. Enter received OTP in the following screen and click on Login Button.

5. After successful registration you will redirect to your video listing page, now you can click on

“Upload New Lecture” to create one.

6. Now enter all required details and select video (Max Length: 1GB, Supported Formats: .MP4,

.WAV, .WebM) to upload then click on save button.

7. After successful upload video lecturer can view video listing and status. Initially it is

“Unapproved” and will change to “Approved” if approved by GTU Experts.

8. You will receive Email on Approval of the video. After approval it will display in the home of the

web-site. It is public accessible so student can search and view approved video in this page.

9. Student can view video by clicking on the highligted links.

For Verify Video through Expert. 1. Open URL http://lectures.gtu.ac.in/ and Click on Login Link.

2. Select Verifier(GTU) from fist dropdown list and enter Experts credential and login in the site.

3. Expert can search video through various filter available in the page then Click on “View Video” to

examine full video if it is ok as per syllabus then expert can approve it by clicking on “Approve”

link. Once it approved the video is display in the home page publically in the site.
