No oral pres- entation of contributed papers is forseen. All accepted papers will be presented as posters and discussed in panel sessions and published in full in the proceedings. The participation of the author of the paper is necessary during the poster pres- entation and panel discussion. Only Plenary lectures and key-note lectures will be held orally by invited speakers. As we would like to give you the possibility to take part in the whole scientific program, no parallel sessions are planned. 137 Technical program It will be cast in the traditional WHEC format of general lectures and special sessions, with appropriate adjustment to reflect the production, transport, storage and application of hydrogen as a clean fuel for the future.
