Whereas it appears to the Appropriate Government and District Collector, Guntur that a

total extent of Ac. 50.9500 cents of land is required in Ananthavaram village, Thullur Mandal of

Guntur District for the purpose of construction of Capital City Development Project by Andhra

Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority, Vijayawada, the District Collector having been

satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below have to be acquired for public purpose,

as objection have been received from the persons interested and after due enquiry as provided

Under Section 15 of Act 30 of 2013 and that the Requiring Body viz. Andhra Pradesh Capital

Region Development Authority, VIJAYAWADA has deposited the amount in phases towards the

cost of acquisition of the lands, the following Declaration is made Under Section 19 (1) of the Act

30 of 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013).

DECLARATION

Under Section 19 (1) of the Act 30 of 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013), the District Collector,

Guntur District, hereby, declares that the lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring

Ac. 50.9500 cents, be same a little more or less, are needed for a public purpose for

construction of Capital City Development Project by Andhra Pradesh Capital Region

Deputy Collector (LA), Ananthavaram and may be inspected on any working day during office

hours.

The Number of families likely to be rehabilitated and resettled due to land acquisition is

NIL and hence no Resettlement area identified A summary of the Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Scheme is kept available in the office of the Land Acquisition Officer of

Ananthavaram and website of the APCRDA www.crda.ap.goV.ifl and website of the District

Collector, Guntur www.untur&pgoV. In

Mines of coal, iron-stone, site or other minerals lying under the said land or any

particular portion of the said land, except such parts of the mines and minerals which may be

required to be dug or removed or used during the construction phase of the project for the

purpose of which the land is being acquire are not needed.
