Thalassa Suite is a luxurious expanse flowing from the contemporary elegance
of a spacious room onto a private terrace that commands sweeping views of

shower and amply stocked with luxury cosmetics. The Thalassa suites are
available in four different types.
Passion Suite with Private Jacuzzi suite was conceived by the Ambassador for
honeymooners or hopeless romantics wishing to unwind in leisure and create
treasured memories in a unique setting. Featuring an open-plan living room
with natural stone walls, a bathroom with shower and lounge area, it leads
onto a scenic terrace with Jacuzzi and soft upholstered loungers from which

Efisia is the restaurant is sheltered from the evening breeze in an alcove of rough-hewn stone. As one of the top tables on the island, Efisia offers a gourmet menu in the Relais & Châteaux tradition, pairing a culinary experience with luxurious atmosphere. Both A-la-carte and a menu dégustation are served between 8pm-11:30pm, complemented by a discerning selection of wines.
Latitudes floods with morning light and overlooks the sea, making it the perfect place to start to your day. The lavish spread laid out by the chef includes cooked-to-order eggs and a champagne American breakfast buffet, with freshly baked breads, buttery croissants and cereals, pressed juices, fruit, nuts, charcuterie and salmon. This is complemented by traditional buffet of local delicacies such as stuffed vine leaves (“dolmades”), Greek yoghurt with island honey, fresh tomatoes and olives as well as the more indulgent halva, kataifi and baklava.
Stay the Pool Deck has a magnificent timber deck surrounding the pool that is a world unto itself.
